FaRMFiTNESS

Fitness is on a scale. Picture it like a fuel gauge in you car. However, one side is "F"IT and the other "S"ICK in the middle is WELL. In that scale are the various attributes that you need to be fit. Some of those attributes are diet, rest and physical activity.  Just being well is not enough. It is necessary to eat properly, rest efficiently and exercise appropriately.  As we age, the opportunity to create an appropriate fitness lifestyle disappears. Hence, why at a young age we must take full advantage of the opportunities given to enhance out youth's fitness levels.

Children develop in different stages. From 7-12 there are the greatest opportunities to grow and improve areas of focus if there is time spent building fine and gross motor skills. Long term development is partially set in the year mentioned, partially. It is our belief that through rebuilding gross and fine motor skills, then adding the skill, athletes improve more effectively.

Moreover, the more FiT the body the more FiT the mind. Tony Robbin is a leading advocate that when you have a FiT body, your mindset is also much healthier. Participation in regular physical activity can increase out self-esteem and can reduce stress and anxiety.
